What to look for when purchasing a used iPhone.
3. Battery condition
Prior to purchasing an iPhone, inspect the battery to see how much life is left in it. If the phone has had little use, the battery may still be in good condition. However, because iPhones are notorious for having batteries with a short life span, and because they can only be replaced by a professional, a dying battery may be problematic. If the battery is in poor condition, ask the seller if they can replace the battery, before you purchase the phone.
