Stive Support flash for the New iPad
Adobe has quit developing its mobile version of the Flash Player, and Apple will probably never develop its own equivalent of the popular media player. So, sadly, the iPad will probably never support Flash.
Technically speaking, Flash support is not built into the OS, so no version of Mac OS X has Flash support. However, Apple does not place such tight restrictions on Mac OS X applications as the ones on iOS apps, and Adobe has developed a version of Flash Player for Max OS X. At this point, there is no reason to suspect that there will not be a version of Flash Player that works on Mountain Lion once it comes out.

If this is the case, you can do one of the following:
1. Download ClickToFlash (Safari Extension version).
2. Alternatively, if you do not want to install any Flash plugins, check out this built in Flash module for Google Chrome. This module runs separately as its own process, so if a Flash file freezes us, as Flash files often do, the file will not remain hanging in your browser.
I recently answered a similar question: Is it advisable to download adobe flash? You may be interested in it.
